Appointments

What do we need before we make an appointment?

1. A referral letter from patient’s oncologist or the GP.
2. If available, pathology and any scan reports. Alternatively we can obtain these directly from your oncologist.
3. If available, the details of all treatment history so far. Again, we can request these from your oncologist.

Once we have received the relevant information, Dr Mullamitha will review it. The team may contact your treating team if further details are required.
